Introducing The Collective: An Online Experience

The Collective is an online membership with access to all of Truth Collective’s work. We are launching in the coming months, but we are too excited not to start talking about it. 

Since our inception as a company, we have facilitated hundreds of workshops and coaching sessions and have created loads of content to help guide our clients to discover and speak their truth in order to create healthy, high-performing cultures where people can do great work together.

While working with people directly through consulting, coaching, and speaking engagements remains at the core of what we do, there has always been a lingering question: How can we share our work more broadly so that we can impact more people?

The Collective was born out of the desire to make our work more accessible and affordable. It also needed to align with our company values of courageously telling our truth, cultivating connected community, and creating authentic impact. Every workshop and exercise is tested against these values. 

The risk with creating The Collective is taking our hands off the wheel and letting someone else drive. With consulting and coaching, we are very closely tied to the impact and outcome as we work alongside our clients and guide the transformation. With online workshops, we are sharing our process and tools with you, and saying, “Go forth and make it your own.” However, we cannot wait for you to experience our work on your own time, at your own pace, and from anywhere in the world and make it your own.

We worked really hard to codify our work and create workshops that simplify the complexity of transformation work into an easy-to-follow roadmap. Each workshop takes you through a Discover - Cultivate - Transform process that allows you the autonomy to choose how you want to navigate your evolution as an individual or team.

You may feel called to follow the roadmap as suggested and complete the workshop from start to finish. You may want to explore specific exercises when you need it most. The workshop is a tool; you choose what works best for you. 

What we can tell you for sure is that when you trust the process and utilize these tools, change happens. These workshops and exercises are also meant to be revisited over time. That’s the beauty of The Collective’s workshops. They provide you with the roadmap and tools every time you are ready for the next level of truth.

  • Founder’s story connecting you with the why behind the exercise
